Lacara: bold | humble | she fears her power | cautious | mature | vengeful
She is a reverse silvery/blue roan with an almost pale blue mane that fades to white and a bright blue eye with no distinguishable pupil. She has ice chains keeping her two front legs, two hind legs and her neck and muzzle restricted. Anything she touches turns to ice. She is 16 hh.

Overall Vision Originality Technique
ImpactThe chained horse... One of the most interesting picture's plots. The shackled hose is the symbol of the prisoner, who want to be free from the imprisoning. It will better, if horse will be chained up, but shackles are good too, because its the symbol of freedom in the future. Shackles are the symbol of the prison, and if horse would break them, it can be freedom from its imprisoning. The clearness nature near horse says about clear future.
About technique: Wery nice conceptual: beautiful horse, beautiful nature but... I say that clearless chains will better, because horse wasn't released. But work is nice.
If you like works with future freedom symbolic, you have to draw the birds with chained wings and legs, because bird is a symbol of the freedom
